Step by Step to Foundation Repair

The Dealership Program through Brackett Foundation Support Systems begins with a general overview of the type of business you currently operate and your business goals. This will be communicated through our Dealer Information Form, which you will complete prior to receiving information on our system, including product line details and general pricing.

Once you've been able to review the material, a visit will be arranged, either we will come to your facility or you to ours. This will give us the opportunity to meet and go over questions and concerns you may have about taking on an additional business program. This will also help in determining what types of equipment you will need in order to get started. We can provide all the equipment you need, although there are certain items that can certainly be found locally at a reduced cost to you.

After our initial meeting and discussions, the next step is up to you! We will provide you with all the answers you need to help you in making the right decision for your company. Should you chose to become a partner, we will sign an agreement naming your company as a Dealer/Certified Installer for Brackett Foundation Support Systems. Remember, this is not a franchise! You will owe no franchise fees or other royalty payments. The support, training and records we provide are all included at no additional cost(s) to your company. All you for are installation tools and the products themselves.

Following our agreement, arrangements will be made to certify your employees as installers of the Brackett line of foundation repair products. During this training you will learn about issues such as expansive soil conditions that are one cause of foundation failure as well as the technical abilities of the products themselves. In addition, our trainers will assist your crews in their first installation as a part of certification. Once complete, all members of your installation crew(s) will receive cards issued from our office that names them Certified Brackett Foundation Support Systems Installers.

Once certification is complete, you free to promote your business as freely as you wish. You now have the support of a company in business for over three decades and thousands of foundations repaired. We can help you with decisions on pricing, marketing, further training and so on.

At this point, the support you receive from us is all up to you. We will make every effort to provide you with answers to any questions you may have about any situation you encounter. Our experience makes us a great resource to have as you become more and more involved with foundation repair.
