| Also called mud jacking or slab jacking |
Designed to lift settled and cracked concrete slabs, pressure grouting entails pumping a cementous lime mixture through drilled holes in the concrete at low pressure. The mixture fills any voids beneath the slab and raises it back to its original height. The method is works well for driveways, garage slabs, even homes built on monolithic slab foundations. |

| Slab Brackets |
Slab brackets are designed primarily to be used in conjunction with pressure grouting to ensure the proper future performance of a concrete slab. Once the grouting process is complete, holes can be cored through the slab and grout material and helical piers installed to load bearing soil. A slab bracket is then attached to the pier to support the underside of the concrete slab. With the slab brackets in place, assurance of stabilization is possible. |
